The knowledge was obtained to apply it in a large number of projects that required to be managed in an agile way.

  • "Leadership in mobile application development projects."

From the portfolio of mobile solutions projects, 3 projects were led with SCRUM methodology for the development of mobile applications.
-The first project consisted of a solution for direct clients for the consultation of a medical technology.

-And the third, a mobile solution to support the work of doctors.
Software architecture was evaluated and aligned with the company's standard technologies.

  • "Leadership in medium to high complexity projects."

Projects were led with the following characteristics that make them complex:
-Number of stakeholders of around 80 people or more.
-Management of different geographical areas (LATAM, EMEA, APAC).
-Use of a large amount of support resources to replace the "Face to Face" in projects that are required to do so.
-Projects with investment budgets greater than USD 500K.

  • "Use of agile methodologies supported by platforms."

Projects were led with the use of SCRUM supported by the JIRA platform, where the entire cycle was managed to obtain product increments. The handling of the deployment streams was executed with Bitbucket. Execution carried out with geographically dispersed people and teams.

  • "Assessment of solution architecture in projects"

The solution architecture evaluation was carried out in multiple projects in the LATAM region, allowing an alignment with the company's reference architecture.

The projects are named generically so as not to compromise the Knowhow of the solutions developed. It is not possible to give details of them since they constitute intellectual property rights of my employers. All these achievements have had something in particular, the practical application of the knowledge acquired in the academy.
